Sales Processing Manager Supervises:
None Purpose:
Process and complete used equipment paperwork. Verify used equipment trade-in details are accurate.
Responsibilities:
Verifies the completeness and accuracy of sales information such as customer information, equipment quantity, amounts, and payoff information. Process sales paperwork and finance contracts in appropriate application. Facilitate communication between salesperson, customer, and aftermarket to ensure a smooth and orderly transaction. Ensures all eligible programs/discounts are applied to the sale. Ensures all additional customer purchases are activated (i.e. PowerGard, JD Link, etc.) Records retail notes, bonuses, rentals and other purchase information into the dealer business system. Assists with John Deere inventory audits.
Qualifications Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:
Ability to use the dealer business system and other programs specific to the position. Ability to use standard desktop load applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions. Knowledge of agriculture equipment industry preferred. High level of attention to detail and accuracy. High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience required. Share job details to
