SALES REPRESENTATIVE

JOB DESCRIPTION

Develop relationships with customers by accurately taking customers' orders in person, over the phone, and electronically Evaluate and process warranty items handled at the counter and follow the company's and manufacturer's warranty policies Help quote customers on both stock and non-stock products Accurately enter sales orders and secure payments based on customer's account type Answer customer questions quickly and professionally Support the outside sales team when necessary Coordinate job-site delivery times with warehouse and delivery drivers Function as a team-player and assist with day-to-day branch operations

QUALIFICATIONS

Knowledge of HVACR products is a plus, but not required Positive attitude and ability to work well with others Strong verbal and written communication skills along with being a team player Must be flexible with changes in work schedule and be willing to work overtime Must be able to attend occasional company provided education classes which are often conducted after work hours Must be able to handle lifting a minimum of 50lbs without assistance
