Job Description
Blue Frost Heating & Cooling is currently hiring an HVAC Outside Sales/Comfort Advisor to help support our Team. The ideal candidate for this position will have prior experience with HVAC systems and must be capable of working independently and with a sense of urgency. We're looking for candidates with a strong work ethic and a proven track record of completing all projects in an accurate manner. The HVAC Outside Sales/Comfort Advisor conducts in-home sales appointments and provides commercial estimates for HVAC projects. Comfort Advisors provide customer proposals for HVAC projects through a company provided sales process in order provide a professional, timely and efficient install to customers. The HVAC Outside Sales/Comfort Advisor will be paid with a mixture of Base Salary and Commission on sales. Responsibilities
- Maintain availability to run company assigned sales leads.
- Provide estimates and proposals for sales leads via company provided operating system and sales platform.
- Sell projects to maintain install schedule.
- Work with install team to ensure sold jobs are organized and scope of work is clearly defined.
- Fill out necessary paperwork for installation team to maintain accuracy of work
- Ensure all contracts, financing documents and rebate forms are signed, accurate, and delivered through the proper channels.
- Follow up on unsold sales opportunities to create backlog of installation work for install team.
- Work with the marketing team to develop sales promotions and provide input.
- Attend sales and product training as scheduled.
- Attend weekly sales meetings as scheduled.
- Self-generate additional sales leads through various methods.
- Review monthly sales performance and metrics with management for closing percentage, average ticket and revenue per opportunity and gross margin percentage.
