Our ideal candidate is an ambitious individual with a strong work ethic that takes great pride in their work! This person must have a high sense of urgency to give clients a positive experience while achieving sales targets. This job is about people, and spending time as a sales professional out in the field. This role includes a $5,000 sign-on bonus, paid as $1,000 after 3-week training completion and $4,000 at 90 days of employment.

Primary Responsibilities:

Running appointments Performing ride-along appointments Conducting roof & attic inspections Attending weekly sales meetings Continued training with teammates Ensuring an excellent customer service experience

About You:

Must be comfortable walking on roof Self- motivated Able to work independently Attention to detail Can lift/carry 50-80 lbs. Be able to demonstrate mastery of our sales system Clean driving record, required Background check, required No prior sales experience required No roofing experience required
