This role sits at the intersection of design, sales, and customer experience. You'll guide customers through both personal color change wraps and commercial fleet graphics, helping them choose the right solution and making the process feel easy. What You'll Do Consult with customers on personal color change wraps, finishes, and customization options Advise businesses on commercial graphics and fleet branding strategies Lead customers from first conversation to scheduled install Translate ideas into clear, actionable recommendations for our design and production team Build trust quickly and create a high-end, easy experience for every customer Follow up, close deals, and generate repeat business What We're Looking For Strong background in customer service and sales Ability to listen, guide, and confidently recommend solutions Comfortable discussing aesthetics, branding, and ROI Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented Passion for cars, branding, or design is a big plus About White Rabbit Wraps White Rabbit Wraps is a 5-star rated vehicle and architectural graphics company based in Carmel, Indiana.
