What You'll Do Run pre-set, company-provided appointments Conduct one-call-close sales presentations in customers' homes Overcome objections and confidently ask for the sale Follow our proven sales system Represent Premier Home Pros with professionalism and confidence Requirements Minimum 2+ years of one-call-close in-home sales experience Demonstrated high closing percentages Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Availability to work evenings and two Saturdays per month Strong communication and objection-handling skills Who You Are Highly competitive and results-driven Motivated by performance-based income Confident closer with strong objection-handling ability Adaptable and coachable within a structured system Ambitious, professional, and personable This is not an entry-level sales role.
