UHQ Construction is looking for experienced B2C Roofing Sales Representatives to join our growing team. If you know how to generate leads, build trust with homeowners, and close residential roofing deals , we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Generate new business through residential outreach, referrals, and lead follow-up Conduct in-home consultations and roofing presentations Build strong relationships with homeowners and clients Manage your pipeline using CRM software Generate and close residential roofing opportunities Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Grow sales within your assigned territory Partner with marketing on lead generation efforts Provide excellent customer service from consultation through close Participate in ongoing sales training and team meetings

What We're Looking For Required:

Proven B2C roofing sales experience Track record of generating leads and closing residential sales Experience managing a sales territory Strong communication and negotiation skills Comfortable using CRM software Self-motivated and organized Ability to work independently and consistently hit sales goals Why UHQ Construction?
