Sales & Design Consultant (Fireplaces + Outdoor Living Showroom) Full-Time | Base + Commission | High Earnings Potential Read this before applying: This is not a basic retail job.

You will be expected to:

Guide customers through high-value purchases ($3K-$25K+) Combine design sense + technical understanding Take ownership of projects from first conversation to final sale If you're looking for a simple cashier-type role, this isn't it. What You'll Actually Do Help clients design fireplace features, outdoor kitchens, and patio spaces Ask the right questions to uncover needs (not just show products) Build quotes, follow up, and close sales Clearly explain product differences, options, and installation basics Work with homeowners, builders, and designers on real projects

You'll Do Well Here If You:

Naturally take control of conversations (without being pushy) Can balance style, function, and budget Learn technical products quickly and explain them simply Follow up consistently and don't let deals die Take pride in winning the sale and getting details right
