This position provides an opportunity to represent Indiana Learning Center within an assigned geographic area, build relationships within the community, generate new client leads, and help connect students and families with educational services. Position Summary Sales Representatives work to increase awareness of Indiana Learning Center LLC and support student enrollment by developing relationships with families, schools, educators, community organizations, businesses, and other potential referral partners. Sales Representatives may represent Indiana Learning Center at community events, career fairs, school meetings, networking events, educational events, and other approved outreach opportunities. Representatives are responsible for professionally promoting Indiana Learning Center's tutoring services, identifying prospective families, following up with leads, and helping guide prospective clients through the enrollment process. Sales Representatives are assigned to a specific geographic area, which may include a county, group of counties, or other designated territory. The position offers flexible scheduling while providing opportunities to actively participate in the growth of Indiana Learning Center LLC. Responsibilities Represent Indiana Learning Center LLC professionally at community events, career fairs, school meetings, networking events, and other outreach opportunities Promote Indiana Learning Center LLC's educational services to prospective students, families, schools, educators, and community organizations Develop and maintain professional relationships with schools, educators, businesses, organizations, and community members Identify and generate prospective student and family leads Follow up with prospective families and leads in a timely and professional manner Provide accurate information regarding Indiana Learning Center LLC's tutoring services, programs, and enrollment process Assist prospective families with connecting to the appropriate registration and enrollment process Attend approved community and outreach events within the assigned geographic area Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach activities, referrals, and enrollments through approved Indiana Learning Center systems Communicate regularly with Indiana Learning Center LLC administration regarding outreach activities, leads, events, and enrollment opportunities Represent the Indiana Learning Center brand and mission in a positive and professional manner Maintain confidentiality regarding student, family, and organizational information Comply with all applicable Indiana Learning Center LLC policies and procedures Qualifications Preferred candidates will possess one or more of the following: High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in sales, marketing, customer service, education, community outreach, or a related field Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills Ability to communicate professionally with families, educators, businesses, and community organizations Knowledge of the local community and surrounding area Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to represent Indiana Learning Center LLC professionally in public settings Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned geographic area Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established company procedures Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field Experience working with families, schools, educators, or community organizations Previous sales or marketing experience Experience with lead generation, client acquisition, enrollment, or community outreach Experience representing an organization at public or community events Schedule Flexible scheduling Hours are based on approved outreach activities, events, meetings, and other business needs Evening and weekend availability may be required for certain community events and outreach opportunities Representatives may work within their assigned geographic area based on available opportunities Travel within the assigned territory may be required Compensation $10.00 per hour for approved hours worked 10% commission on qualifying payments actually received by Indiana Learning Center LLC from new families directly referred by the Sales Representative Commission applies for the first three months of enrollment for each qualifying new family Independent Contractor (1099) position Representatives are responsible for tracking and reporting approved work activities in accordance with Indiana Learning Center LLC procedures Independent Contractor Notice This position is classified as an Independent Contractor (1099) role and is not considered employment with Indiana Learning Center LLC.
