Our Sunday Visitor (OSV), a trusted provider of faith-based solutions for Catholic churches, is seeking a proactive, mission-driven and detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Operations Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by ensuring smooth operations and logistics. In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to provide critical support that empowers our mission of Champion the Catholic Church. You'll help equip our sales representatives with the materials they need, manage CRM data, support marketing initiatives, and help coordinate logistics for parish events, trade shows, and conferences. Additionally, you will organize and host webinars to further engage and support the Catholic Church.Key Responsibilities:
Sales Enablement & Collateral Support:
Manage the execution on-site sales presentations and meetings. This is to potentially include assist with travel needs and help with on-site meetings and events.Ensure the Sales Team has accurate, mission-aligned materials for church presentations, diocesan meetings, conferences and other faith-based events.
Assist in collecting, organizing, and distributing brochures, flyers, presentations, and product informationCoordinate, monitor and manage all incoming sales leads to assure effectual and precise summary of businessCheck and distribute physical mailFulfill shipping requirements as neededSupport other sales efforts as assigned by Sales Operations ManagerCRM Management (Microsoft Dynamics):
Maintain the integrity of customer and parish account data in our CRM system. Process updates to contact information, track engagement, and support accurate reporting and pipeline tracking. This could include adding new accounts and deactivating old or inactive accounts
Event & Trade Show Logistics:
Build and organize sales folders, packets, and other materials needed by the team Coordinate shipping and returns of materials for Catholic conferences, diocesan events, and parish presentations. Ensure timely delivery, track inventory, and support post-event follow-up activities.Marketing Collaboration:
Partner with the Marketing team on direct mail campaigns, seasonal promotions (e.g., Advent, Lent), and other parish outreach initiatives. Assist with mailing lists, printing, packaging, and fulfillment of materials.Proactively work with Marketing and Sales Leaders quarterly on reviewing changes on sales sheets.
Administrative & Operational Support:
Support the Sales Team with administrative needs, examples would be to create and proofread correspondence with customers. As well as scheduling, tracking leads and samples, responding to internal and external inquiries, and organizing digital files and collateral libraries.Run reports to update sales rep in

2+ years of experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative support (experience in faith-based or nonprofit settings a plus)Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detailAbility to follow routine verbal and written instructionsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working in a faith-centered environmentExperience working with CRM systems is a plus (i.e. Microsoft Dynamics)Individuals must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. 40 - 50 lbs. periodically20 - 40 lbs. frequently0-20 lbs. constantlyEducation:
High School Diploma or EquivalentWorking Environment:
