On-site Associate Customer Success Representative

The Role We are looking for a highly driven, customer-focused Customer Success Representative who takes ownership, operates independently, and gets things done. You will own the day-to-day success and engagement of an assigned customer portfolio, working closely with Regional Account Managers to drive adoption, customer value, retention, renewals, and expansion. This is a role for someone who is proactive, accountable, and resourceful — someone who manages priorities independently, communicates risks early, comes with solutions, and consistently follows through on commitments. This position is located on-site in Westfield, IN, with periodic travel to customers. The Goal of This Role Drive high renewal rates through measurable ROI delivery and consistent customer engagement Increase grower enrollment and adoption of Taranis Intelligence programs Identify and execute in-season expansion and upsell opportunities Support Regional Account Managers in growing and deepening customer relationships Ensure customers successfully operationalize Taranis within their workflows Responsibilities Partner closely with the Regional Account Manager and Customer Experience as the territory's Customer Success Representative Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned accounts Drive pre-season onboarding, alignment, and expectation setting Maintain proactive, high-touch customer engagement throughout the growing season to obtain ROI Value stories Monitor account health, adoption, and engagement, proactively identifying risks and opportunities Deliver ROI reviews and seasonal business summaries to support retention and renewals Identify expansion and upsell opportunities and coordinate execution with Regional Account Managers Deliver virtual and in-person trainings, platform walkthroughs, and webinars Proactively resolve customer issues with a solutions-oriented mindset Maintain accurate account activity, progress, and renewal status in Salesforce and GONG (ai platform) Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Customer Experience, and Flight Operations to ensure seamless execution Requirements Agricultural expertise
  • 3+ years of experience in agricultural retail, cooperatives, agronomy, or another customer-facing agricultural role Agronomic knowledge
  • preferred strong understanding of corn and soybean production systems; but not essential Customer relationship skills
  • proven drive to build trusted relationships, drive retention, and communicate value and ROI Ownership & accountability
  • takes responsibility for commitments and consistently follows through with minimal management oversight Independent execution
  • manages multiple accounts, priorities, and deadlines effectively with limited oversight Proactive communication
  • identifies risks early, keeps stakeholders informed, and communicates before issues escalate Resourcefulness & problem-solving
  • takes initiative, navigates ambiguity, and brings solutions rather than just problems Drive & results orientation
  • maintains a high standard for performance, customer impact, and execution Flexibility
  • willing to travel periodically within the assigned region to onboard and grow accounts; estimated 35% of the calendar year Preferred Qualifications Experience in Precision Agriculture or AgTech Familiarity with digital agronomy tools, imagery, or data-driven platforms Experience using Salesforce and Google Workspace; but not required
