Average 40 hrs +/ week

Starting Wage:

Monthly Draw (amount TBD based on candidate knowledge & Experience) while in training period

• approximatley 6-12 months.

After training period, pay structure goes to Commission (15-20% sales GP$) versus draw. PC Home Center 123 Cherry Street New Albany, IN 47150 PC Home Center is looking for experienced salesperson across a broad product offering of lumber products, molding, millwork, windows and doors.

Responsibilities:

Prospecting for new business opportunities and generating new sales leads Develops relationships with existing and potential customers. Ensuring completion of plan take-offs, bids and quotes, answering questions and solving problems Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with contractor customers

• Researching and implementing ways to improve quality and productivity Prepares and presents accurate sales proposals and quotes Provide customers with knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt service at all times.

Research and provide accurate information to customers regarding proper materials and prices as well as technical information regarding application and specifications Performs job-site visits Ensures all projects generate appropriate profit margins Coordinates all deliveries and credit pick-ups with dispatcher Attends activities and functions as a representative of company Develops process to track progress of customer's projects Read, interpret and complete takeoffs from blueprints. Review new and upcoming product information and inform customers of changes (product offering, pricing, assembly options, installation methods, etc.)

Qualifications:
