You will represent a local pharmacy and develop long-term relationships with physician practices, assisted-living communities, senior-care organizations, home-health agencies, hospice providers, and other healthcare organizations. During our pre-opening period, your primary objective will be to understand the needs and challenges of local healthcare organizations and to help Rafa Pharmacy develop services that address those needs. Responsibilities Develop relationships with physicians, practice managers, nurses, medical assistants, and medication coordinators. Establish relationships with assisted-living communities, senior-care organizations, group homes, home-health agencies, and hospice providers. Conduct brief needs assessments to identify pharmacy-related challenges experienced by providers, facilities, and their patients. Identify opportunities involving customized compounding, medication availability, adherence packaging, medication synchronization, delivery, and other pharmacy services.
