We're looking for a bilingual Sales Consultant who can help English- and Spanish-speaking customers feel welcome, informed, and confident throughout the vehicle-buying process. Whether you have automotive experience or a background in sales, hospitality, retail, or customer service, we want to hear from you. Bring a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to taking care of customers—we provide paid training and ongoing support. What You'll Do Assist English- and Spanish-speaking customers in person, over the phone, and through text and email. Ask questions, listen carefully, and help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and budget. Present vehicle features, explain technology, and conduct test drives. Work with sales managers and the finance team to guide customers through trade-ins, purchase options, and delivery. Manage leads and maintain consistent follow-up using our customer relationship management system. Build repeat and referral business by delivering a professional, personal customer experience. Participate in ongoing training and stay familiar with our vehicles and inventory. What We're Looking For Bilingual English/Spanish skills required , with the ability to communicate confidently with customers verbally and in writing in both languages. Strong listening skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to build trust. A self-motivated person who follows through and takes ownership of results. Comfort using computers, email, text messaging, and customer management tools. A team player who welcomes coaching and wants to grow. Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred; automotive experience is helpful but not required. Success in this role comes from building relationships, following up consistently, and putting in the effort every day.
