Available for the right candidate A dynamic and driven Agronomy Sales Representative is needed in Quinter, KS. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated self‑starter with a passion for agriculture, strong relationship‑building skills, and a desire to make a meaningful impact in the local farming community. The ideal candidate will embody the values of our GTM team: Integrity, Safety, Inclusion, and Cooperative Spirit . Key Responsibilities Engage directly with farmers, ranchers, and producers to promote crop protection, nutrients, seed products, and related services Execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue goals and increase profitability Evaluate customer programs and develop tailored marketing strategies Collaborate with internal teams to enhance sales effectiveness and operational efficiency Provide consultative services, product knowledge, and training to customers and staff Lead sales initiatives and mentor junior sales personnel Maintain a strong safety culture and adhere to all safety regulations QualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED Minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or a related field Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Preferred 5+ years of agronomy sales experience Bachelor's degree in Plant/Soil Sciences, Agronomy, Agriculture, Business, or related field Experience in outside sales, including presentations, negotiation, and conflict resolution Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Ideal Candidate Traits Strong mathematical aptitude for precise fertilizer and chemical application recommendations Proactive, self‑motivated approach to sales and customer service Ability to lead organizational change and integrate new technologies Commitment to building long‑term relationships with customers, suppliers, and community partners
