Job Description
Entry Level Sales Representative We're looking for motivated, outgoing individuals to join our team as an Entry Level Sales Representative . This is a full-time, in-person sales role where you'll work directly with customers, learn how to understand their needs, and help connect them with products and services that make sense for them. You don't need previous sales experience to be successful here. We provide training and are looking for people who are willing to learn, communicate well, and are motivated by goals and results. What You'll Do Meet and speak with customers face-to-face Learn about the products and services we represent Ask questions to understand customer needs Recommend products and services based on those needs Build positive relationships with customers Work toward individual and team sales goals Participate in ongoing training and coaching Work alongside your team to improve and share what's working What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is comfortable talking to people, has a good attitude, and is willing to put in the effort to learn. You may be a good fit if you: Have strong communication and people skills Are motivated and goal-oriented Enjoy working in a team environment Are reliable and professional Are comfortable working with customers in person Are open to coaching and learning new skills Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus, but it's not required .
