WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channel Process sales orders and coordinate with production, engineering, and shipping teams Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new sales opportunities Follow up on quotations and assist in closing sales opportunities Support outside sales representatives with pricing, lead tracking, and account management Maintain accurate customer and sales records in CRM and ERP systems Assist customers with product selection, lead times, and technical information Collaborate with manufacturing and engineering teams to ensure customer expectations are met Meet or exceed sales and customer service goals
YOU HAVE
Previous experience in inside sales or customer service paired with order entry skills Experience in metal fabrication, electrical enclosures, industrial equipment, or manufacturing or construction environments is a plus Strong communication and relationship-building skills Proficient with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Ability to work 100% onsite in Pittsburgh KS, M-Th from 6am-430 PM. Friday, Saturday and Sunday you will have off Knowledge of industrial enclosure products or custom fabrication processes Problem-solving mindset with strong follow-through Team-oriented attitude with a customer-first approach
