Pay Direct seller will receive $150 per installation Direct seller will receive a $2,000 bonus at 50 installs Average direct seller produces 10-14 installs each week with working 4-5 hours a day. Direct seller will receive company BMW M3 if able to install 175 accounts in a quarter Direct seller will earn a company trip to the Bahammas if able to install 150 accounts before the end of the year. Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will drive sales growth by building strong relationships with customers, promoting our fiber internet solutions, and providing outstanding service. Your enthusiasm and organizational skills will help expand our reach while ensuring customers receive the best experience possible. Duties Engage with potential customers to promote fiber internet services and solutions. Build lasting customer relationships through effective communication and personalized service. Identify opportunities for upselling additional products or services to existing clients.. Demonstrate product features and pricing options clearly, ensuring customer understanding. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and route schedules.. Requirements Valid driver's license Strong communication skills Strong work ethic Excellent communication skills for client interaction and relationship building. Ability to handle upselling techniques confidently while maintaining a customer-first approach.
