Lot Technician Action Powersports is a new powersports dealership backed by an experienced leadership team with extensive industry knowledge and a proven understanding of what it takes to build a successful dealership. While we are new to the market, we are not new to the business—and we plan to hit the ground running. We are looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking Lot Technician to join our team and help us establish the standards that will define Action Powersports from day one. As a Lot Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our dealership organized, our inventory looking its best, and our customers' experience exceptional. You will work closely with our sales, service, and management teams to ensure vehicles are properly moved, maintained, displayed, and prepared for customers. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor and help build what we intend to be the premiere powersports dealership in the region .

Responsibilities include:

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional dealership lot and inventory areas. Move motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports vehicles safely and efficiently throughout the dealership. Assist with receiving and organizing new inventory. Unload, stage, and position vehicles for display. Perform basic vehicle preparation, including washing, cleaning, fueling, and detailing as needed. Ensure vehicles are properly positioned and presented for customers and showroom display. Assist with preparing sold units for customer delivery. Help move vehicles between the sales floor, service department, storage areas, and delivery areas. Maintain organization of keys, inventory, and designated vehicle locations. Assist the sales and service departments with day-to-day dealership needs. Follow all dealership safety procedures when operating and moving vehicles. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform other duties as needed to support the dealership team. What we're looking for: A strong work ethic and a willingness to work hard. Dependability and a positive attitude. Ability to work in an outdoor environment and be on your feet for extended periods. Ability to safely operate and move powersports vehicles. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Previous dealership, automotive, powersports, detailing, or warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person . A passion for motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, or the powersports industry is a plus. Most importantly, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of building something special .
