What You'll Be Doing As a Customer Sales Advisor, you'll connect with customers, learn about their needs, and introduce products and services that match what they're looking for. You'll answer questions, explain available options, and help customers make informed decisions without pressure. Your responsibilities will include:

Speaking with customers and understanding their needs Explaining products, services, and current promotions Answering questions and providing accurate information Helping customers choose solutions that fit their requirements Maintaining a professional and welcoming approach during every interaction Working with teammates to achieve individual and team goals Keeping accurate records and completing required documentation What We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is motivated by learning and personal growth.
