Sales Representative

Responsibilities Engage with customers in a friendly, professional manner to promote products and services Identify customer needs through effective communication and active listening Present product features, benefits, and pricing options clearly and confidently Upsell additional products or services to maximize sales opportunities Maintain organized routes for route driving and route planning to ensure timely deliveries and customer visits Conduct merchandising activities to ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked Assist with heavy lifting during stock replenishment or product setup as needed Utilize strong organizational skills to manage sales records, route schedules, and customer information Apply knowledge of pricing strategies to offer competitive and profitable solutions Demonstrate excellent customer service skills by resolving inquiries and addressing concerns promptly Experience Previous experience in sales, customer service, or merchandising is preferred but not required; training will be provided Valid commercial driving license with a clean driving record is highly desirable for route driving responsibilities Experience with heavy lifting or physical work is a plus, ensuring safety during stock handling Background in military service can be advantageous due to discipline and organizational skills Strong math skills for calculating pricing, discounts, and sales totals are essential Excellent communication skills are necessary for engaging customers effectively and building rapport Familiarity with route driving, merchandising standards, and upselling techniques will support success in this role
