Golf Starter / Ranger

Responsibilities Greet and assist golfers upon arrival, providing clear instructions on course rules and tee times Manage the flow of players on the course, ensuring timely start intervals and resolving any delays or conflicts efficiently Conduct safety checks around the course, including monitoring for hazards and enforcing safety protocols Use GPS devices and other tools to coordinate tee assignments and monitor course conditions Perform light maintenance tasks such as landscaping, hand tool use, and basic course upkeep to ensure pristine conditions Enforce course policies related to security, conduct conflict management when necessary, and liaise with security personnel or law enforcement if required Provide first aid assistance in case of minor injuries and respond swiftly to emergencies or incidents on the course Experience Previous experience in customer service or hospitality roles with a focus on outdoor environments is preferred Background in security, law enforcement, or conflict management is highly advantageous Familiarity with landscape maintenance, land surveying, or groundskeeping practices is a plus Ability to operate GPS systems, hand tools, and basic maintenance equipment confidently Strong communication skills with a proactive approach to guest engagement and safety oversight Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and perform outdoor duties in various weather conditions Knowledge of safety protocols including first aid procedures and emergency response procedures Join us as a Golf Starter / Ranger and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering exceptional golf experiences.
