This is a hands-on role for someone who likes variety. One day you may be following up with a prospective client and keeping opportunities moving through the pipeline; the next you may be coordinating a digital campaign, updating website content, researching prospective accounts, or reviewing lead data to see what's working. You'll work closely with senior leadership and an external marketing partner and will have an opportunity to help shape how our sales and marketing processes evolve. What You'll Do Manage our sales pipeline and leads Track inbound leads and sales activity, making sure inquiries are captured, assigned, and followed through. Keep prospect, client, and sales information accurate and current. Monitor the pipeline and proactively flag opportunities that have stalled or need attention. Help support our transition to and ongoing use of a CRM platform. Be an early point of contact for prospective clients Respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally. Have initial conversations with prospects to understand their needs and determine the appropriate next step. Schedule discovery calls and product demonstrations. Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects throughout the sales process. Coordinate digital marketing Help execute marketing campaigns across email, social media, and other digital channels. Maintain the marketing calendar and keep deliverables on schedule. Track basic marketing and lead-generation results. Coordinate with our external marketing partner and internal leadership. Keep our website current Publish and update website pages, products, resources, and announcements. Make sure website content stays accurate and aligned with current sales and marketing efforts. Coordinate larger website changes with external support as needed. Support outbound prospecting Research prospective companies and identify target accounts and contacts. Build and maintain prospect lists. Conduct initial outreach through email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels. Coordinate follow-up campaigns and track engagement and results. Create structure and visibility Maintain sales and marketing templates, SOPs, tracking tools, and process documentation. Provide regular reporting on pipeline activity, lead sources, marketing activity, campaign results, and follow-up. Look for opportunities to make our sales and marketing processes more consistent, efficient, and repeatable. What We're Looking For You'll likely be a strong fit if you have 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales support, sales coordination, marketing coordination, sales operations, digital marketing, or a related role, along with a bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field or equivalent professional experience. We're especially interested in someone who: Has experience working with a CRM or lead-tracking system and understands the importance of accurate pipeline data. Is comfortable speaking directly with prospective customers and conducting initial qualification conversations. Has working knowledge of digital marketing, including email, social media, websites, and campaign coordination. Has experience publishing or updating website content through a CMS. Can research companies and contacts and build useful prospect lists. Is comfortable with outbound prospecting by email, phone, and LinkedIn. Can create basic sales and marketing reports and make sense of the activity behind the numbers. Communicates clearly and professionally in writing and conversation. Is highly organized and follows through without needing constant reminders. Notices stalled leads, missed deadlines, incomplete information, and other issues—and takes action. Is comfortable working in a small organization where responsibilities sometimes cross traditional sales, marketing, and operational lines. Even Better If You Have Experience in SaaS, technology, professional services, agriculture, regulatory/compliance, or another consultative B2B environment would be helpful. Experience with
