Parts Sales

• Owensboro, KY Mid-South Ag Equipment in Owensboro, KY, is currently seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Parts Sales Technician.

This person will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service to our walk-in/telephone customers, as well as our salesforce & service Sales technicians. Experience in Agriculture/Application parts is a plus, but not required, more interested in people who are passionate about Customer Service and taking care of customer needs.

Parts Sales Technician Job Requirements:

1. Assist walk-in & phone customers by greeting & processing orders in a friendly, timely & accurate manner 2. Assist outside salesmen & service Sales technicians with phone, in-person, & e-mail orders in a timely/accurate manner 3. Utilize business software, PFW Intellidealer, to create sales orders, purchase orders, lookup parts, customer & equipment information. 4. Invoice orders in a timely fashion 5. Assist co-workers with order processing/fulfillment as needed 6. Assist receiving/shipping, as needed 7. Create Purchase Orders for

DIRECT SHIPMENTS

from all vendors 8. Assist with inventory counts, as needed 9. Assist with GL Coding & freight assignment on Vendor invoices 10. Process E-Commerce orders from start to finish, as needed 11. Process Surplus returns/RMA's as needed. 12. Use Vendor software for parts lookup/purchasing

• including Wacker-Neuson, New Leader, CNH NGPC, & any other vendors that require electronic part lookup/order processing.

Skills Required:

• Outgoing personality & Excellent communication skills required
• Customer Service
• PFW Intellidealer
• use business system to create/manage customer orders, Invoices, create purchase orders, view sales/purchase history in Parts/Work Order/Equipment history.
• Microsoft Office/Outlook
• Check E-Mail on regular basis
• follow procedures as directed by e-mails. Organize & Manage e-mail folders. Microsoft Word/Excel occasionally required.
• Lookup parts in CASE-IH Next Gen Parts Catalogue.

• CSPS NAFTA

• Lookup parts, orders & invoices, as well as submit returns using

CSPS NAFTA

• Use Magento to process E-Commerce Orders
• Ship station/UPS World Ship software
• Use Wacker-Neuson website to lookup parts & place orders online
• Familiarity with Phone System (ability to answer, transfer, put calls on hold, & use voicemail) as well as use phone system to communicate with others.
• Paylocity
• Use Paylocity to keep up with

PTO & HR

Functions

• Will be required to lift packages in excess of 50 lbs.
