• Utilize retail math and basic math skills to process transactions accurately.
• Provide information about products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience. Keeping the lobby clean.
• Upsell products when appropriate to meet customer needs and increase sales.
• Supervise stock levels and assist with inventory management as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations within the store.
• Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Skills
