Full-Time Express Employment Professionals is hiring a Counter Sales Associate for an established HVAC parts, supplies, and equipment distributor. In this role, you'll receive incoming calls from an existing client base and assist customers with selecting and purchasing parts, supplies, and equipment. Continuing education will be offered for future growth within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Answer incoming customer calls and provide knowledgeable assistance Sell HVAC parts, supplies, and equipment Work collaboratively with a team to serve loyal, repeat customers Provide an excellent customer experience with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

Some knowledge of the HVAC industry required 2+ years of relevant experience preferred 3+ years of customer service experience preferred Positive, team-oriented attitude Military-experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
