We our flush with top quality leads and looking for closers to make $150,000 to $250,000 per year running leads in your local market. Job Description:
What We're Looking For We are hiring professional, driven, and service-minded individuals who want to represent a premium brand and enjoy a flexible yet high-earning schedule. To succeed in this role, you must be: Confident meeting clients in their homes Comfortable driving up to 2-3 hours each way within your local market Willing to work some evenings and weekends , when homeowners schedule dictates Motivated by clear goals and strong income opportunities Personable, positive, and coachable Responsible, reliable, and professional in appearance and conduct Comfortable learning and navigating a computer/tablet-based system Sales experience is a plus—but we are willing to train the right applicant. We welcome experienced in-home sellers as well as individuals with the right attitude, communication skills, and drive. What You'll Do Travel throughout your local territory to meet homeowners during scheduled appointments Run up to two pre-set, Confirmed leads per day Present the Safe Step product line using our proven selling system Write same-day contracts in a one-call close environment Represent our brand with professionalism, empathy, and integrity Use company-provided marketing materials and digital tools Follow Safe Step's step-selling process for consistent, predictable results Typical contract ranges: $12,000
  • 24,000 per sale
Commission:
10-13% per sale Bonus structure: Quarterly and annual incentives available All candidates must be able to pass a background check. Travel within your local market area, running confirmed leads at an average pace of two leads per day. Use a proven selling system to present the company's product, company story, and service. Write contracts in one meeting, ranging from $12,000 to $24,000 per sale at a 10-13% commission per sale.
Compensation Plan:
You can earn $150,000 to $250,000+ annually. Our average direct sellers close 2 to 4 jobs per week, while our top performers close over 50% of leads and write as many as 5-8 sales a week. Quarterly and Yearly Bonus Incentives!

Prerequisites You Need:
  • Excellent in-person communication skills
  • Highly driven to reach and surpass personal sales goals
  • Positive attitude, personable and open-minded
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated

  • commission selling is a plus! Previous in-home sales or step selling experience is also a plus. In-Home Sales experience is a requirement. Compensation:
$ : Weekly Commissions Direct Sellers that work with Safe Step will make an average of $150,000
  • 250,000(Per Year) with the potential to earn more.
As a 1099 Independent Sales Contractor, a work week would consist of in-home sales with one-call closing. The direct seller is responsible for accurately and professionally communicating to customers all products available and recommending selections that would best meet the customer's needs per Safe Step recommendations to meet customer satisfaction. A typical day for a Safe Step direct seller includes:
  • Travel within your local market area
  • Running confirmed leads at an average pace of two leads per day.
  • Use a proven selling system to present the company's product, company story, and service.
  • Maintain a pleasant and professional attitude when dealing with customers.
  • Respect customers' property and leave the work area clean.
  • Observing good grooming and hygiene rules.
  • Accurately complete and submit all necessary paperwork.
  • Use of our proven "Step-Selling" system that gets results in the home. Cloud-based ride-along leads with a sales trainer.
  • Use of marketing materials to share with customers at your appointments.
Must have:
  • Excellent in-person communication skills
  • Highly driven to reach and surpass personal sales goals.
  • Positive attitude, personable and open-minded
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivated
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation
  • Previous in-home sales or step-selling experience is also a plus.
  • Experience installing walk-in tubs or showers is a plus.
