STORE MANAGER

OPPORTUNITY- Appliances 4 Less - Slidell, LA Are you an experienced salesperson who is ready for more responsibility, more opportunity, and a path into management? Appliances 4 Less is looking for a motivated Full-Time Appliance Sales Associate who has proven sales experience and leadership potential. This position is designed for someone who wants to learn the business, prove themselves, and move into a Store Manager role within the next few months. We are not looking for someone who simply wants to stand around the showroom waiting for customers. We want someone who can sell, lead, follow up, solve problems, and help drive the store forward.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Sell appliances including refrigerators, ranges, washers, dryers, dishwashers, microwaves and more Work directly with customers from greeting through the sale Learn product features and help customers find the right appliance for their needs Follow up with customers and build repeat business Work toward daily, weekly and monthly sales goals Help maintain an organized, clean and professional showroom Assist with inventory, pricing, merchandising and store operations Help train and support other sales associates Learn the day-to-day responsibilities of running an appliance retail store Take on increasing management responsibilities as you demonstrate your ability to lead

THE MANAGEMENT OPPORTUNITY

This position is specifically intended for someone with leadership ambitions. The right person will have the opportunity to train toward a Store Manager position within a few months , based on performance, leadership ability, reliability and knowledge of the business. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Required:

Full-time availability Proven sales experience Previous management, supervisory or team-lead experience preferred Strong communication and customer-service skills Professional appearance and attitude Comfortable working toward sales goals Dependable and able to take responsibility Willingness to learn the appliance business Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed Appliance retail experience is a plus — but not required. We can teach appliances. We are looking for someone who already understands sales, customers and leadership.
