Build Relationships. Drive Growth. We are seeking a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our client's team as a Customer Relations Representative . This is a field-based role where you'll spend most of your time meeting customers, growing your territory (MA/RI, plus 1 day a week in Billerica, MA office) and making a direct impact. If you enjoy being on the move, building connections, and working independently-this could be a great fit. What You'll Do Generate 10+ new business leads per month Prospect and cold call using company-provided tools Manage and grow relationships with existing customers Resolve customer issues (target: 70-80% first contact resolution ) Conduct regular customer check-ins and satisfaction audits Visit former customers to understand issues and regain business Spend 75-90% of your time in the field What You Bring 3-5 years in the restaurant, food, or related industry Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with high energy and stamina for field work Comfortable with outreach and business development Organized, resourceful, and motivated Basic Microsoft Office skills Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regionally
Compensation & Benefits Salary:
