Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:

• Conduct Customer Quotations on incoming sales opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Follow up on open quotes to convert to sales
• Collaborate with management to develop effective strategies for business development
• Report Order Status with Customers, meet with them virtually as needed.
• Work closely with vendors on incoming order status.
• Expedite incoming orders to insure on-time performance
• Enter incoming orders into the ERP System/ Conduct Purchasing as required

Qualifications:

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
• Proficiency with Excel is a must.
