We are seeking a motivated and dynamic sales representative to join our Grimco Billerica office. This candidate will play a vital role in driving revenue and growth in our New England Market by building strategic relationships with businesses in the commercial graphics, printing, and signage industries.

This is customer-facing, team-oriented sales role that utilizes both digital and in-person selling. You will work within a team structure, sharing common objectives, and collaborating daily to bring customer value and increase market share.

Job DescriptionB2B Sales Building and maintaining customer relationships through calls, visits, and consultative sellingProspecting and developing new accounts while growing existing onesCollaborating with your team on shared sales goals - this is a team-based environment, not a sink or swim set-upConducting on-site visits and product demos when it makes sense for the customerManage a sales pipeline: Track, prioritize, and close opportunities using CRM toolsDrive net new business: Prospect and convert new customers through outbound calls and targeted outreachGrow existing accounts: Expand relationships through cross-selling, upselling, and retention strategiesHandle inbound sales: Respond to customer inquiries, provide product solutions, and close opportunitiesExecute outbound activity: Conduct consistent outbound phone calls to generate leads, follow up on marketing opportunities, and re-engage dormant accountsQualifications
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS, ABILITIES & OTHER CHARACTERISTICS
1-5 years in sales, customer service, or a related customer-facing roleSomeone who builds rapport quickly and isn't afraid to pick up the phoneExperience building deep customer and client relationships Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsComfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environmentA self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, team-selling environmentValid driver's license and reliable vehicle for customer visits (mileage reimbursement provided) (put last)Proven ability to manage sales pipeline and achieve sales targetCRM experience preferredAdditional InformationWhat Grimco offers
