- Employee Referral Program What You'll Do As an Automotive Sales & Leasing Consultant, you'll help guests find the vehicle that best fits their needs while delivering an exceptional purchase experience from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Build relationships with guests and guide them through the vehicle selection process.
- Learn the features, technology, and benefits of our new and pre-owned inventory.
- Conduct engaging vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Present financing and leasing options while working closely with our Sales Managers.
- Follow up with guests through phone calls, text messages, emails, and personalized videos.
- Generate repeat and referral business by providing outstanding customer service.
- Stay current on product knowledge, manufacturer programs, and industry trends.
- Work as part of a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional results. What We're Looking For
- Previous sales and customer service experience required o Automotive sales experience is preferred but not required
- Friendly, professional, and confident personality
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Goal-oriented with a desire to earn based on performance
- Comfortable using computers and CRM systems (CDK/eLead experience is a plus)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work some evenings and weekends as part of a retail schedule More Than a Job.
