Join a great team of ambitious individuals at our expanding, award-winning staffing company as our Sales Account Manager! This is not a sit-behind-the-desk account management position. We are looking for a hungry, outgoing salesperson who wants to get out into the community, knock on doors, make connections, find decision-makers, and turn opportunities into new staffing clients. If you are someone who doesn't wait for leads to fall into your lap and would rather go out and create your own opportunities , we want to talk to you. Your Role Make cold calls and build meaningful client relationships in territories throughout Southeastern MA and Rhode Island. Identify new business opportunities through research, sales visits, and community referrals. This requires a proven track record of connecting with prospects and closing deals that work for the candidates and the employer. Generate leads, make cold calls, and create social connections throughout the territories. Be responsible for the full sales cycle , including prospecting, developing relationships, presenting our services, securing and negotiating staffing contracts, and closing new business. Work with recruiters to build lasting client relationships and ensure our clients receive the service they expect. Hunt for new business every day. Responsibilities Expand client portfolios in emerging markets to drive new regional revenue growth. Consistently prospect for new business and build a strong pipeline of potential clients. Negotiate and secure contracts with key clients, resulting in new business opportunities and revitalization of previously inactive accounts. Close staffing contracts for temp, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions within the manufacturing, healthcare, and administration industries. Work closely with recruiters to fill staffing orders and provide excellent service to clients. Develop long-term relationships with business owners, executives, HR professionals, and other decision-makers. Attend occasional promotional events, including but not limited to job fairs, after-hour chamber events, and volunteering. Represent ABLE in the community and become a recognizable face of our company throughout your territory. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of B2B sales experience with measurable success closing deals (staffing is a plus). Hunter's mentality — you enjoy prospecting, opening doors, finding opportunities, and winning new business. Ability to identify decision-makers and understand their pain points. Demonstrated ability to manage a full-cycle sales process from outbound prospecting to closing. Experience presenting to senior decision-makers. Comfortable making cold calls, visiting businesses, asking for the business, and hearing "no" without giving up. Ambitious, competitive, self-motivated, and driven to succeed. Ability to build genuine relationships and turn those relationships into business. What's In It for You? Competitive base pay ($55,000-$62,400) Uncapped commission structure paid weekly.
