Overview We are looking for an Inventory Lot Assistant to join our team! In this position you will assist in overseeing our vehicle inventory and ensure our lot is organized, safe, and customer ready. Duties Assist in the organization, staging, and display of new and used vehicles on the lot to maximize visual appeal and accessibility Conduct routine inspections of vehicles for cleanliness, damage, or missing accessories, reporting issues promptly Support dealership staff with outdoor work tasks such as heavy lifting, parking assistance, and lot maintenance Assist delivery drivers by coordinating vehicle pickups and drop-offs efficiently Maintain accurate inventory records by updating vehicle locations and status in dealership systems Complies with all MetroWest Hyundai attendance policies. Requirements Valid driver's license with experience operating standard passenger cars; familiarity with manual transmission is a plus Previous dealership or automotive experience preferred but not required Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members and interact professionally with customers when needed Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions; attention to safety protocols is essential Complete assignments in a timely manner. Pay:

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour
