You will manage incoming calls and messages closing hot leads with future clients and CLOSING the deal! Additionally you will be schedule jobs, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate is sales driven, organized, professional, solution-oriented, and enjoys helping customers.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries from customers & close the sale over the phone.
• Price quote and close hot inbound leads.
• Manage follow up calls with potential clients.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the operations team.
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and service requests.
• Suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience.

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional, patient, and solution-oriented demeanor.
• Familiarity with scheduling or CRM software is a plus.
