Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Position Summary The Business Development & Commercial Specialist supports the Company's business development, commercial management, and project-related activities. This position works closely with customers and cross-functional internal teams to support commercial execution throughout the business and project lifecycle. Key responsibilities include milestone management, invoicing and payment tracking, preparation of customer quotations, market and background research, business negotiation support, policy and industry monitoring, and other business development and commercial activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, commercially minded, and able to coordinate effectively across multiple functions in B2B and B2G environments. Key Responsibilities 1.Commercial & Project Support Support commercial activities associated with ongoing customer projects, including milestone tracking, invoicing, payment follow-up, and related commercial documentation. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure commercial and project requirements are addressed in a timely manner. Assist with other project-related and commercial activities as required. Coordinate the preparation and submission of customer quotations and track key commercial deliverables. Support preparation for customer meetings and business negotiations. Assist in developing negotiation materials, presentations, supporting analysis, and related documentation. Participate in customer meetings and follow up on commercial action items as needed. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required. 2. Business Development & Market Research Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities, customers, projects, competitors, stakeholders, and industry developments. Support business opportunity tracking, customer engagement, proposal development, and other business development initiatives. Assist in preparing business presentations, market reports, strategic analyses, and other related documentation. Monitor public procurement activities of Transportation Authorities and potential customers in the U.S. and Canada. Monitor relevant federal, state, and local policies, regulations, trade policy, industry trends, and Company news that may affect the Company's business. Monitor customers, competitors, the transportation industry, and potential projects, and provide timely summaries of significant developments. Prepare and process payment requisitions, track payment status, and coordinate related documentation as needed. Participate in new project bidding, including bid preparation, proposal preparation, pricing calculation, document submission, and follow-up with cross-functional internal teams and customers. Work Experience Requirements:

Minimum bachelor's degree in business administration, International Business and Trade, Management, Marketing, Project Management or related field; Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong business acumen, and solid planning and execution capabilities. Ability to coordinate and deliver cross-functional programs and initiatives. Prior experience in an industrial or B2B/B2G environment is preferred. Relevant internship or 1+ year of professional experience in business development, sales, commercial operations, market research, or project management is preferred. Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.
