Automotive Sales Consultant 24 Auto Group is growing! Our new dealership, 24 Volkswagen of Norwood , is looking for motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultants to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, have a passion for cars, and take pride in providing an exceptional customer experience, we'd love to hear from you! What You'll Do Welcome customers and build lasting relationships. Learn and confidently present our full lineup of vehicles. Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives. Guide customers through the entire sales and delivery process. Follow up with customers using CRM and digital retail tools. Work closely with Sales Management, F&I, and Service. Maintain accurate paperwork and follow all dealership and manufacturer policies. Deliver an exceptional experience that reflects our values of Customer Service, Honesty, Integrity & Respect . Work toward sales, customer satisfaction, and performance goals. What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent. 2-5 years of retail sales experience; automotive experience preferred. Strong communication, listening, and customer service skills. Self-motivated, organized, reliable, and professional. Comfortable using CRM, computer, email, and digital sales tools.
