Field-based, with travel to residential customer homes across Banner's New England service area Employment type: Full-time Position Summary We are hiring a Residential Sales Representative to sell our home services directly to homeowners across New England — asbestos abatement, mold remediation, water-damage restoration, vermiculite removal, and residential demolition. You'll respond to incoming leads, meet homeowners in their homes, assess the work, and present clear, honest estimates that win the job and set the project up for success. This is a relationship- and results-driven role for someone who's comfortable in people's homes and confident closing. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to inbound residential leads from phone calls, the website, referrals, and past customers. Conduct in-home consultations and site assessments — measuring, photographing, and scoping the work. Prepare and present clear, accurate estimates and proposals to homeowners, explaining the scope, process, timeline, and pricing in plain language. Follow up consistently on open quotes to answer questions, address concerns, and close the sale. Build trust with homeowners and represent Banner honestly and professionally in every interaction. Coordinate approved jobs and handoffs with the Bid/Sales Coordinator and Operations for scheduling. Log all leads, appointments, estimates, and follow-ups in the CRM / ERP and keep your pipeline current. Ask satisfied customers for reviews, testimonials, and referrals. Meet or exceed activity and sales targets, including appointments, quotes issued, close rate, and revenue. Coordinate with homeowners and insurance adjusters on covered water-damage or mold claims when applicable. Qualifications In-home or residential sales experience preferred (restoration, remodeling, home services, or similar). Proven ability to build rapport, present estimates, and close sales. Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. Comfort working in customers' homes and assessing conditions. Basic understanding of construction or environmental scopes of work. Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, and CRM / customer-tracking systems. Valid driver's license and ability to travel throughout the service area. Preferred Qualifications Experience selling restoration, abatement, mold, or environmental / home services. Familiarity with homeowner insurance claims for water damage or mold. Bilingual English/Spanish (beneficial but not required). Compensation Base salary based on experience, plus commission. Company vehicle provided.
