Inside Sales Representative — Home Services (HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Sewer & Drain) Spencer Home Services | Peabody, MA | Full-Time |
On-Site Pay:
$15/hr + uncapped commission About Spencer Home Services Spencer Home Services is a fast-growing, family-owned residential home services company on the North Shore. We run on ServiceTitan, follow Nexstar Network best practices, and invest in tools, training, and technology that help our people win. We service HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer/drain across Essex County and the surrounding North Shore communities. About the Role We're hiring a closer — not an order taker . This is an inside sales seat focused on converting estimates, quotes, and warm leads into sold jobs across all four of our trades. You'll work the phones from our Peabody office, follow up on technician-generated leads, recover unsold estimates, and drive membership enrollment in our Service Partner Plan. If you've sold over the phone before, know how to handle objections, and want a seat where your earnings are tied directly to your performance — we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Convert open estimates and unsold quotes into booked jobs across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sewer/drain Follow up on warm leads, aged opportunities, and recall lists daily Handle objections using proven scripts and rebuttal frameworks Enroll customers in Spencer's Service Partner Plan (SPP) membership program Coordinate with dispatch, service managers, and technicians to schedule sold work Document every customer interaction accurately in ServiceTitan Hit and exceed weekly and monthly close-rate, revenue, and SPP enrollment targets Make a high volume of outbound calls daily — this role is phone-heavy What You Need (Required) 2+ years of phone-based sales experience with a documented track record of hitting quota Experience working in a CRM (ServiceTitan strongly preferred; HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar acceptable) Clear, fluent, professional spoken English with strong phone presence Proven ability to handle objections and close over the phone Fast, accurate typing and the ability to navigate multiple systems while talking Strong work ethic and competitive drive — you want to be #1 on the board Reliable transportation to our Peabody office (this is an on-site role) Nice to Have Home services industry experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) ServiceTitan experience Experience selling memberships or service agreements Familiarity with Nexstar Network methodology What We Offer $15/hr base + uncapped commission Paid training on our scripts, systems, and trades Health insurance, paid time off, paid holidays Career growth — we promote from within as we scale A team that works hard, wins together, and has fun doing it To Apply Submit your resume through Indeed.
