Why This Role Stands Out Uncapped Commission — Your effort directly drives your paycheck $90,000•200,000+ Earning Potential (top performers regularly exceed this) No Cold Calling — All appointments are pre-set and confirmed High Close Rates — Warm leads backed by strong brand reputation and quality products Consistent Schedule — Only 2-3 in-home appointments per day Paid Training & Ongoing Coaching — We invest in your long-term success Growth Opportunity — Clear path to advancement and leadership roles Monthly and performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Travel reimbursement What You'll Be Doing Meet with homeowners for pre-scheduled, in-home consultations Deliver professional, engaging presentations on our energy-efficient windows, doors, roofing, gutters, and siding Understand customer needs and recommend the best tailored solutions Build trust quickly and close sales on the spot Collaborate with our installation and customer service teams for seamless project execution Consistently meet or exceed personal and team sales goals
Your Schedule Monday-Friday:
9:00 AM•6:00
PM Saturday:
9:00 AM•2:00 PM Run up to 3 appointments daily Attend bi-weekly team meetings and training sessions What We're Looking For Proven track record in sales (home improvement, in-home, or consultative sales experience is a big plus) Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and competitive mindset Ability to build rapport quickly and earn customer trust Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar is a plus) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Must be able to pass a background check Compensation & Benefits $90,000•$200,000+ per year (based on performance) Uncapped commission structure with monthly and performance-based bonuses Health, dental, and vision insurance Travel reimbursement Paid training and ongoing professional development
Location :
On-the-road role serving customers throughout Eastern Massachusetts (Greater Boston, North Shore, South Shore, Metro West, and parts of Central MA).
