$52,000 + Qualified Commissions Job description: Falcetti Pianos is the largest Yamaha, Bosendorfer, Schimmel & Estonia dealer in North America, as well as having the largest selection of premium pre-owned pianos in New England including brands like Steinway & Sons, Mason & Hamlin, Kawai, Baldwin & others. We take pride in helping our clients find the perfect piano for their home or commercial space, and our team is capable of helping with all piano-related needs including tuning & service, education & moving. We are seeking an experienced sales associate to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate is a driven self-starter with an outgoing personality and has several years of experience working with clientele in a high-end showroom, particularly selling musical instruments. The role entails building and maintaining relationships by assisting customers in each step of the process from researching and selecting a piano to the follow through after the sale. An ability to demonstrate the piano to customers and have the knowledge of our brands and many others is required but can be taught in training. Qualified candidates will have an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Business, or a related field along with piano knowledge and/or playing experience. Responsibilities:
Assisting customers in finding the perfect piano that is ideal for both their purpose and budget. This will include working with both families or institutions that have a wide variety of needs. Develop and nurture customer leads and relationships including attending sponsored concerts and events like in-store recitals.
