Senior Living Residences is hiring a Sales and Outreach Coordinator to guide residents and families through a smooth move-in journey, from first assessment to welcome day, while supporting our sales and marketing team.
WORK SCHEDULE
Full Time salaried role: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
PAY & BENEFITS

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Serve as the go-to contact for residents/families through the move-in process Coordinate move-in logistics, paperwork, and orientation Support tours, inquiries, and our sales database Build relationships with local eldercare professionals and referral sources through community outreach Help bring marketing events and special programs to life
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
1+ year in a sales/admin support role (in a senior setting a plus) Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable with Google Workspace and CRM tools A compassionate, team-first attitude Flexibility for some evenings/weekends Not ready to apply just yet but have questions?
