Our ARF is an adult residential mental health treatment program in Los Angeles. We only accept commerical insurance policies (Blue Cross, Aetna, Cigna) and the emphasis will be on referall of patients with Blue Cross of Mass health insurance. You will be targeting psychiatric hospitals and general hospitals with a psychiatric or behavioral health unit. Once patients are ready for discharge, the goal will be to have them come to our program in Los Angeles to contiue their step down treatment which is usually a month long. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid, but self pay cash option is available. We provide full transportation to get to Los Angeles and return back to NY once treatment with us is completed. Compensation structure is base pay with generous bonus Responsibilities Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with pychiatric hospital decision-makers, administrators, and clinical staff across New York. Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals through proactive outreach and strategic account management. Manage a designated territory by planning visits, tracking engagement, and optimizing sales strategies based on analysis of market trends. Qualifications Strong existing contacts within hospitals in the New York region; ability to leverage these relationships for business growth. Background as business development representative for ARF, RCFE, residential substance abuse or mental health treatment programs Established network of hospital case managers who would refer

$2,500.00 - $7,000.00 per month
