Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and motivated Internet Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be the key driver of our online sales efforts, engaging with potential customers through various digital channels. Your enthusiasm for high-end sales and your excellent communication skills will help you build strong relationships, manage a robust sales pipeline, and convert inquiries into satisfied buyers. Duties Respond promptly to internet inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing detailed information about vehicles and services Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by prospecting new leads through outbound calls and digital marketing strategies Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales interactions with corporate clients or fleet accounts when applicable Negotiate deals effectively, upselling additional services or vehicle features to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership profitability Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress Support inventory management by coordinating with the dealership team on vehicle availability and updates Provide excellent customer service by demonstrating strong phone etiquette, clear communication skills, and professional presentation Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automotive sales preferred Strong negotiation skills with a focus on high-end or luxury vehicle sales Familiarity with B2B sales processes and building long-term client relationships Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases Experience using CRM software for managing sales pipelines and customer data Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in inventory control and retail math calculations Outstanding communication skills including public speaking, outbound calling, and customer service excellence Knowledge of automobile inventory management systems, marketing strategies, and dealership operations is highly advantageous Join us as an Internet Sales Representative where your proactive approach will drive success! Pay:
$50,796.86 - $75,000.00 per year
