Flexible scheduling available About the Role Sunly Home is hiring Retail Solar Specialists to work inside Lowe's locations, engaging homeowners and generating appointments for our in-home solar team. This is a high-interaction, customer-facing role centered around conversation, consistency, and customer engagement. Specialists spend the day speaking with homeowners inside busy retail stores, generating interest, explaining the basic benefits of residential solar, and scheduling qualified appointments. This role focuses on appointment generation with opportunities for growth into in-home sales and leadership positions. No prior solar experience is required. We are primarily looking for people with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. What the Day Looks Like Engaging with customers inside high-traffic Lowe's locations Starting friendly, low-pressure conversations with homeowners Educating customers on the basic benefits of residential solar Generating and scheduling qualified appointments Maintaining accurate customer notes and appointment details Working closely with leadership and team members throughout the day Top performers are highly active, stay consistent throughout the day, and regularly engage with large numbers of customers. A strong day in this role may involve speaking with hundreds of customers, getting to multiple homeowner addresses, and generating several qualified appointments. The role includes standing, walking throughout the store, frequent customer interaction, and using mobile CRM and appointment software to manage customer information and scheduled appointments. Team members may walk several miles throughout the day while working inside busy retail locations.
