Manage opportunities from initial inspection through proposal, follow-up, sale, and handoff to Operations. Meet established sales, close rate, and customer satisfaction goals. Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, and Installation teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Professional Development Stay current on chimney safety standards, fireplace products, venting systems, building codes, and installation practices. Participate in company training, coaching sessions, and industry certification programs. Continuously improve product knowledge, sales skills, and customer communication. Experience in residential construction, remodeling, HVAC, roofing, restoration, fireplaces, home improvement, or similar industries is preferred. Experience performing residential inspections is a plus but not required. Ability to build trust and communicate technical information in a way homeowners can easily understand. Strong listening, presentation, and closing skills. Comfortable using CRM software and mobile technology. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Education High school diploma or equivalent required. Industry certifications are a plus and can be obtained through company-sponsored training.
