Technical Sales Coordinator Role:

Respond to customer enquiries regarding HVAC products and services in a prompt, accurate and professional manner. Review new customer orders to ensure the correct information is in place before scheduling jobs into production. Work with Outside Sales Representatives to check project accuracy across mechanical plans, pricing and production configuration forms. Coordinate with Engineering to finalise special engineering requests and drawings before orders are released to production.
