Employment Type:
Full-Time/Part-Time Hurricane Express Wash is looking for enthusiastic, ethical, and sales-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as a Car Wash Sales Associate! There is no cap on earnings — consistent effort, honest recommendations, and strong customer interactions directly translate into higher take-home pay.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Greet and engage customers in a friendly, professional manner
  • Educate customers on wash options, membership plans, and our mobile app
  • Assist customers with app downloads and explain app features including account management, membership sign-up, and promotions
  • Meet or exceed sales goals for memberships
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the site, especially customer-facing areas
  • Handle customer concerns or questions promptly and professionally
What We're Looking For:
1+ year of sales experience A team player who shows up on time and is ready to work Willingness to meet and exceed performance goals Ability to follow instructions and prioritize safety Comfortable working outdoors in all weather Previous car wash or customer service experience is a plus!
