With a strong reputation for stability and customer-focused service, they are continuing to expand their direct-to-consumer sales team due to growth. Addison Group is hiring multiple Inside Sales Representatives on behalf of our client. This role sits within a high-volume, performance-driven sales environment, where representatives engage with warm leads to educate customers, recommend solutions, and guide them through the purchasing process. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and are motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective customers via inbound and outbound calls using company-provided leads Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate product solutions Walk clients through the full application and enrollment process Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales goals Maintain detailed and accurate records within CRM systems Deliver a high-quality customer experience while navigating a metrics-driven environment Identify opportunities to expand business through referrals, cross-selling, and upselling Stay informed on product offerings, market trends, and competitor positioning Ensure adherence to compliance standards and industry regulations Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings

Qualifications:

3 + years of professional experience in sales, customer service, or a contact center environment Demonstrated ability to meet performance metrics and sales goals Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, phone-based sales setting Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM tools (Salesforce experience is a plus) Highly motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented mindset Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
