Plan. Our goal is to Make it Happen for Our Customers with their Party & Special Event Rental Needs. We are searching for a Results-Driven Inside Special Events Rental Sales Executive, who isn't afraid to take ownership of challenges in their role and drive sales. In this role, you will assist customers with their Party & Special Events rental needs to help them make their event happen. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, is a "Take Charge Individual", who proactively seeks knowledge, with a "get it done" attitude, rather than relying solely upon training manuals or formalized classes, and have previous experience in Special Events/Hospitality Sales. This role is crucial in orchestrating unforgettable events that align with our mission of making it happen for our customers.   • Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
  • Identify and pursue business development opportunities to expand the client base
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential sales opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to clients
Qualifications :
  • Proven experience in hospitality sales or business development role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to effectively negotiate and close deals
